Bookkeeping Services

My bookkeeping services help you with the day-to-day stuff. I am familiar with a wide variety of bookkeeping packages so will be able to offer help whatever you use.

Modern online services help streamline work but if you really don’t like the
cloud then alternatives can be recommended.


The modern, cloud based systems that I offer enable you to have an almost live picture of the overall financial position of your business meaning you always know where you are financially.  Gone are the days of the numbers being so old as to be only useful for calculating your tax bill.  

Gone are the days of a horrible year end job - it can almost do itself for you during the year.

I can use the following software.
QuickBooks- Xero -KashFlow -FreeAgent -Sage and many others
My modern system allows you to do the minimum work yourself.

This means all you have to do is: - 
  • Set up bank feeds - I'll talk you through how.
  • Raise sales invoices.
  • Scan paperwork for all your purchases.
And I'll do the rest.

Or you are free to do more of the work yourself - it's up to you.

Whichever option you choose your records are available online for you to look at whenever it is convenient.

And I won't leave you alone without training - I'll always be on hand to help.

Traditional bookkeeping

If you want to keep it traditional you can and I am happy to surport this.  For very small businesses it may well be the most cost effective solution.  However, for larger businesses there is often more work with these methods.  

For very small businesses Excel can be used but there is still desktop bookkeeping software available.

If you want to keep your records yourself, I can provide training and support for you to do so.
